RVA's Black Farmers Market was established in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic summer. The market was designed to be a celebration of survival: how we grow our own food and take care of each other throughout hard times.  In three years, it has become a hub for black merchants, bakers, large farmers and local growers.

As we continue to grow, we would like to extend a collaborative hand.
